DEVELOPMENT OF OUTREACH TEACHING PROGRAMS:

1997      Hawaiian Adventure in Art and Nature.  I created and taught this course at the University of Hawaii, Hilo, as part of a summer program I developed for Fitchburg State University. The goal of the program was to interrelate art with the culture and natural environment of Hawaii.

SPECIAL EXHIBITION WASHINGTON, DC

1990     Stars and Stripes Celebration of the Bicentennial of the U.S. Constitution.  I created a unique exhibition of my students’ Design work that was selected by the Bicentennial Commission in Washington, DC for inclusion in the Bicentennial of the US Constitution Celebration and exhibited in the Gannon House Office Building, Washington, D.C. 1990. Additionally exhibited at: Fitchburg Art Museum, 1989 and Campus Center Gallery, 1989.
